The Whittington U’s Defensive Pistol I Course is an Intermediate Level Defensive Sidearm instruction, basic handgun experience is strongly recommended such as proper gun safety, gun handling and knowledge of your firearm. This course focuses on the everyday
implementation of the Firearm into our lives. The WU Defensive Pistol series
focuses on Violence as a Means of Last Resort, with the defense of ourselves
and our loved ones as part of an overall lifestyle change.

progressive curriculum. We require students to take the courses in succession: DPI - DPII - DPIII - Masters
