The Whittington U’s Practical Pistol II Course is the Intermediate
to Advanced Level Defensive Sidearm instruction, that focuses on the cognitive
disconnect that occurs when the mind is under emotional duress. Advanced
movement drills and alternate firing positions are the highlight of this
The WU Practical Pistol series focuses on Violence as a Means of
Last Resort, with the defense of ourselves and our loved ones as part of an
overall lifestyle change.
Practical Pistol II will cover:
·Static Fire/Body Position Refresher Drills
·Individual Movement/Principles of Cover (PoC) Drills on Reactive
·Advanced Movement Drills:
o Planes Drills
o Free Movement Drill (FMD)
·Alternate Firing Positions (AFP)
Note: This is a progressive curriculum. We require students to take the
courses in succession: PPI - PPII - PPIII - Masters
What you will need: (a detailed list will be sent with Course
Sidearm (semi-automatic or revolver) .32cal or larger
3 magazines/speed loader minimum
500 rounds ammunition
No Handloaded Ammunition

1300-1500 – Individual Movement/PoC
1500-1700 – FMD
0800-0930 – Static Fire AFP

1300-1300 – Lunch
1300-1400 – AFP Planes Drill
1400-1600 – AFP FMD
1600-1630 - Final Lecture
