The purpose of the New Mexico Concealed Handgun Carry Act(NMCHCA) course,
is to educate the New Mexico Citizen of the legal aspects within New Mexico
State Law, involving the carrying of a concealed handgun. It also involves training in the consistent, efficient, and safe use of
a handgun. This course focuses on
Violence as a Means of Last Resort,
with the defense of ourselves and our loved ones as part of an overall
lifestyle change.
NMCHCA Course will cover:
Classroom Instruction:
o Federal,
State, local laws

Introduction
o Defensive Posture
o Fundamentals of
Defensive Marksmanship
o 3-Position Presentation
Technique
Static Fire Drills
Qualification*

150 rounds ammunition (25rds extra for each handgun qualifying
